I have been wearing a uniform for eighteen years, and I know that success doesn't occur from taking orders, but rather from people who through their own sense of pride and dedication are willing to take complete ownership of their duties and responsibilities.

When staff complete tasks because they were simple directed to, the success are short lived. When officers, like Officer Zarzycki, take the time to understand concepts and philosophies, and complete tasks because they want o, not because they were ordered to, success, ongoing.
