During the month of January, Lieutenant Jason Riley has been able to effectively manage constructive criticism by developing a true understanding of new concepts while making the needed adjustments. His ability to take direction, in unison with his using his own training and experience to make strategic decisions has afforded his supervisors a great level of comfort and confidence.

Since receiving goals and objectives for our division, he has made a conscious effort to make an immediate and consistent impact as the second shift commander.
